We went to the retirement home for NHS service activity today. I never knew that old people loved to talk so much. Well, at least the guy I hung out with was a chatterbox. Jason and Heather's guy dozed off. Haha. Poor them. AND one other old man just played goldfish the entire one hour with three other kids! Apparently there is a man who's above 100 years old. I wish that I could have met him. See how wrinkly and old I might turn out at 100, if I make it that far. Too bad he was sleeping.

IASAS DAY 2

So apparently they didn't cash my cheaque for Emory! I hope TT works. Otherwise, WHO KNOWS. I might not be going to college next year :P haha. I want to watch the basketball games! But I know that I should be doing my homework studying for my MATH test on Monday. Monday is doomsday.

25 things about me

1. I HATE running. I absolutely detest it. It's puzzling to everyone that I say this because I do cross country. I never understood why someone would put themselves through hours of training and pain until I started it myself. The time alone to think about nothing but the road ahead is what I cherish the most about this stupid sport. I love the improvements I make by the seconds. I love the fresh air. I love that my heart beats so hard to tell me that I am very much alive.
2. I always wanted to be a ballerina because I loved tutus, pink and all that jazz. I wanted to be a brownie girls scout too; because everyone else in lower school was one.
3. I vomit a bit in my mouth when I see girls where leggings as pants. PLEASE cover up your coochie area! NO ONE wants to see your camel toe!
4. I am obsessed with fashion blogs. Mostly fashion. But individual style too. I wish I had the courage to wear outrageous things. It's bad enough that people say I wear werid stuff here already. I wish I could write well for my blog. And learn how to take good pictures, and pose too. :P
5. I may seem very hardworking, but truth be told, I'm a slacker. Like now. I'm doing this instead of my USH hw.
6. Everyone says I have no life. I do too have a life! It's called being trapped at home by strict parents.
7. I love my parents for who they are even though they don't let me do a LOT of things. I hope to never let them down and hope that they are proud of the one and only daughter they have raised for the last 17 years.
8. I enjoy the fun and entertainment that comes with clubbing. Just not the hooking up and the things that follow. I would NEVER EVER hook up with a guy that I didn't trust or know for that matter of fact. Actually...I'd never hook up with anyone. It's just gross.
9. I've had so many broken promises that I just don't believe in them anymore. Words mean NOTHING to me. Actions on the other hand, gain my trust.
10. I appreciate people who dress well. It shows that they appreciate themselves enough to make an effort on how they look.
11. I believe that EVERYBODY IS UGLY. Because in the words of Oscar Wilde " Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every 6 months" Embrace and define your individual ugliness guys!
12. Like Sarah, possibly even more than Sarah, I'm SUPER UBER OUT OF THE UNIVERSE petrified of going to college. I hope I'll find a roommate. I hope that I'll make friends. The uncertainties are endless.
13. When you say f------, I know you mean it. I mean it too when I say ditto :) One day, I'll get around to saying the actual word to you :D
14. I know that we always joke that we're alone on Valentine's (ahem..Kyla :P), but know that I'm always here for you!
15. God has made the most amazing change in my life by relocating my family to Jakarta. My eyes were opened and I realized the true meaning of friendship. I also realized that many don't last because ...once I'm out of sight, I'm out of their minds. But I know that it's not true with you guys :)
16. I stalk. I learned from the best. This girl taught me a LOT of things. :P You know who you are! I've asked you A LOT OF questions. EspECIALLY during bible study time :P
17. I wanted, still want to be Princess Jasmine. She's so sexy! and ASIAN. and win's over aladin's heart. awww <3 :P
18. I used to just like GREEN and orange and yellow. But I've discovered a whole palette of colors that paint my wardrobe. I LOVE colors. every single one of them. I like the rainbow :)
19. I get excited every morning to pick out my outfit. I know it's lame but it's acutally one of the things in life that I enjoy and look forward to. I hope my job one day will entail some part of fashion.
20. It stuns people that I wear 10 cm heels to school. I've gotten really used to them.
21. Speaking of shoes, I CAN'T WAIT TO EXPAND MY COLLECTION OF THEM. I have about 20 pairs now, and still counting. Shoes make or break an outfit.
22. I suck at math big time. I always need help. I wonder why I put myself through the torture of AP Calc. I HATE IT WHEN people say I'M GNA FAIL. and then get an A on their Math quiz or test while I'm sitting there with a D. It's not cool guys. When I say I failed, I really mean, I failed.
23. I love the environment. I'm a big freak when it comes to using scrap paper, turning off the tap when soaping my hands, turning off the lights and such. I want to be a vegetarian when I go to college.
24. I think it's really demeaning when guys check out certain body parts of girls in front of ME! DUDE, I'm a girl too. I don't want to know what you think of other girl's "goodies"! But I would want to know if you think they are hot or not :P
25. I wish I had the self confidence to wear anything I wanted to, to say anything that I felt, to walk confidently down the hallways of TAS not worrying about why people look down upon me because I'm so small.

25 a. I LOVE seeing a guy showing affection to his girlfriend such as a kiss on the forehead or seeing his hand on her back. It shows his support for her and how much he cares for her :) it's SO CUTE!

25 c. I LOVE HUGS. I used to get them a lot everyday in JIS. Now I hardly do. I miss my Sarah bear hugs.

I don't usually wear pink, I've always detested it because it was such a girly color. But this jacket has changed my mind about pink. I'm slowly but surely growing to love bright hot wonders that make me look so lively.

My cny outfits were all hidden because i wore my down jacket over everything. It was freezing cold at -5 degrees celsius! It was GREAT being able to shop and get everything at half price! I wished I lived in Shanghai. It is an AWESOME place, so much more cosmopolitan than Taipei.
