don quixote is a fantastic comical novel. dont be alarmed or put off by the thickness of the book! it's actually very amusing for the bored mind. i'm glad my english teacher chose this book for us to read. now i have to write an essay on it. ackkkkkbleghhhh.

So I was on the way up to the third floor, climbing the long somewhat arduous staircase when Mr. Earley, one of the Social Studies teachers, starts his trek downstairs from the staircase on the third floor. He passes me and then turns around to say "Nice uh...leggings". Haha his hesitant pause indicated that he did not know what to call my knitted leg warmers. "Thanks!" I reply. "I like the look, it's really working!" "haha, um thanks again!"

60s color - PINK

A little shocking pink to bring back a small piece of the 60s :)
US History has taught me so much this year. Without Lucretia Mott and Elizabeth Cady Stanton, we wouldn't have women's rights. It's amazing how much courage they had to stand up against men and hold their own convention.

I wish I could be in history books for something spectacular. But I've learned that we all have a purpose in our lives: to make a difference in the world, even if it's just impacting one person around you.

summer flowers wilt in the winter

because you can't see my pretty earrings in the following pictures..

I desperately wish that it was SUMMER right now because my fingers are ice cold. I feel like they will drop off or shall i say shatter to smitterins as i continue to type on the keyboard.

I learnt in school today that "You are not your job". If anyone out there is unemploymed, keep your head up :) the economy WILL get better, there's something called a business CYCLE. It repeats. Please don't kill yourself. Your life is worth so much more than the amount of money you have in your bank acccount.
That was a deeeeep life lesson taught by my econ teacher.

last first day of school of the 2nd semester

so apparently, no one in school has ever seen legwarmers of heard of them before which i find extremely puzzling. i see them in american magazines all the time.. and of course in japanese fashion. i like these knitted legwarmers. they keep me warm and fuzzy on the inside :P and they make me interesting :) people say i have the coolest things.

i agree with thanks to my special secret source who help me materialize these items :D

boo to school. i want my holidays back!

ps. i now have...bangs! they dont usually look that thick. i combed it right before the picture ;)
